Toppazzini and Lee Consulting (T&L) is a botique consulting firm located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. T&L specializes in process transformation and optimization in the public sector, health care, manufacturing and financial services. Although our focus is on the utilization of Lean Six Sigma techniques our firm assists clients in all aspects of their transformation from business concept to implementation.

We are establishing a pool of qualified candidates to fill level 1,2 and 3 Business Consultants to be filled on as needed basis.

As a business consultant you must have 5 plus years experience in the following:

• Analyzing, evaluating, and developing  business processes (financial, operational, systems, etc.);
• Identifing organizational and/or project business opportunities for improvement and streamlining

of business processes;

• Identifing and evaluate critical success parameters, factors and performance measurements, processes and programs.

The candidate should have a valid clearance of enhanced or greater issued by Public Works and Government Services Canada.
