Job Description

As Senior Manager Logistics (EMEA), you are responsible for coordinating and managing the end-to-end logistics and supply chain activities across the EMEA region.

The role focuses on planning and controlling the flow of materials, products and related information from point of origin to point of delivery. You ensure efficient distribution from the central warehouse to all entities, while aligning closely with country organizations and internal stakeholders.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Oversee and coordinate logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, shipping and receiving activities
  • Manage inventory control processes and ensure appropriate stock levels across all entities
  • Ensure accurate and timely registration of inventory and goods flow in SAP, maintaining system integrity and data quality
  • Support reporting, analysis and reconciliation of inventories
  • Coordinate supply chain activities with country organizations to align supply availability, customer demand and operational capabilities
  • Monitor and optimize distribution flows from the central warehouse to regional entities
  • Manage relationships with logistics service providers and support transport contract reviews
  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and international shipment requirements
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Procurement, Regulatory and Quality to optimize processes
  • Identify areas for improvement and support initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability and cost effectiveness within the supply chain

You are responsible for ensuring reliable product availability, balanced inventory levels and efficient logistics processes across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

You are analytical, proactive and capable of managing complex logistics operations while leading and developing a high-performing team.

You bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field
  • Additional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma and/or APICS are a plus
  • Extensive experience in international logistics and supply chain management
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing, transportation, and inventory management processes
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and data analysis
  • Proven leadership experience, including team development and performance management
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Ability to identify risks and implement effective solutions
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on operational excellence
