Job Description

Are you a senior leader with a passion for scaling enterprise software and driving digital transformation in healthcare?  We're looking for a visionary Vice President – Enterprise Software Solutions, EMEA to lead the growth of our subscription-based enterprise solutions across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. In this strategic role, you’ll own the full enterprise customer lifecycle—from market development to long-term success—while building recurring revenue partnerships, strengthening referral ecosystems, and shaping our enterprise go-to-market strategy. This is a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven team at the forefront of digital health, combining innovation, strategy, and impact at scale.

What you will do:

  • Define and execute a scalable EMEA enterprise growth strategy, aligned with global objectives.
  • Drive segmentation, customer targeting, and high-impact messaging with Sales, Marketing, and Field Teams.
  • Act as the executive sponsor for top enterprise customers, delivering high-value, integrated solutions.
  • Lead the shift from capital purchases to SaaS and recurring revenue models across markets.
  • Harmonize pricing models and conduct regular competitive pricing analyses.
  • Build trusted relationships with enterprise KOLs and develop a robust referral ecosystem across key countries.
  • Oversee complex sales processes, from opportunity creation through contract close, partnering with regional teams.
  • Guide product direction and messaging by capturing deep market intelligence and fostering internal innovation.

Who you are:

  • A strategic, hands-on executive with 12–15+ years of experience in enterprise software, including 5+ years in VP or senior leadership roles.
  • Proven success scaling SaaS or subscription-based solutions internationally, ideally across EMEA healthcare markets.
  • Adept at building C-suite relationships, influencing across matrixed organizations, and navigating cultural and market complexity.
  • Highly skilled in CRM systems, segmentation models, field sales execution, and pipeline management.
  • A natural innovator and collaborator, able to unite cross-functional teams around a bold digital vision. 
  • A compelling communicator with strong executive presence and a track record of customer advocacy and thought leadership.

Qualifications

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MSc or equivalent preferred (Business, Technology, Health Sciences).
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise software, digital health, and EMEA’s healthcare technology ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated success in fostering customer advocacy and building trusted relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience in enterprise pricing strategy, strategic account development, and high-growth environments.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Multilingual capabilities and cultural fluency across EMEA markets are a strong plus.
  • Strong ability to influence and manage change within customer organizations.
