In particular the purpose of the job will be to assist the Senior Director of Business Process Optimization to develop, standardize and execute the processes to strengthen the Service Business Model. This position requires a startup, further implementation and closely alignment with the service entities across EMEA. And of course, a good understanding of service processes as a business model in an international environment.

You work closely with all stakeholders with the aim of making their teams operate more efficiently by optimizing and standardizing processes. You are aware of what is going on within the different teams. This allows you to identify bottlenecks, adjust the processes where necessary and to raise the quality of processes and work to a higher level.

We are looking for a person who has the following responsibilities and is capable to:

  • To make profit structure of after-service business with situation analysis, improvement proposal, action plans and budget planning
  • Analysis of functional profit-and-loss statement of customer service
  • Data output of service business performance from IT system (SAP by design and ServiceMax)
  • Data cleaning and data analysis of service business performance
  • To make proposal of the requirements of serviceability specifications (Hardware and software) for better service business model
  • Other activities based on the instructions from the project

Qualifications

About you!

A specialist with great analytical skills and with vision on service business model in a changing environment. As this is a new position you need to be a self-starter and take ownership. You are proactive and able to maintain contacts with different stakeholders at various levels. You have the ability to set standards and goals and drive continuous improvement. You have a proven track record in a similar role and qualifications as:

  • 5-10 years of experience in Customer Service in international company
  • Excellent knowledge with profit-center activities for service business
  • Proven experience of service business planning and development
  • Strong analytical ability and proven track-record in data driven decision making
  • Basic accounting knowledge related to revenue, COGS (Cost of goods sold), gross/operational profit, and SGA (Selling, general and administrative expenses).
  • Project management support as PMO (Project management office)
  • Experience in project management and SAP and Service Max is desirable
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written at all levels in English
  • Accurate, detail oriented and able to see the big picture
  • Team player, emphatic and adaptability to new ideas or changes
