Our client is looking for a professional to offer meal service to patients, staff, and hospital organized events guests as well as maintaining a clean and organised service area. 

The key responsibilities include;

• Provide catering service to patients and staff
• Report faulty equipment to the Head Chef, for prompt repair and/or replacement  
• Ensure that all food is served on time, for optimum customer satisfaction. 
• Adhere to timing standards for products and services.
• Assist the cooks and kitchen stewards as and when required.
• Look for ways to avoid waste and limit costs.
• Maintain an up to date working knowledge of food items being served in terms of preparation, ingredients and presentation.
• Work with kitchen staff to process and expedite food production.
• Handle patient complaints in a polite and professional manner.

• Post high school certificate in catering service or related area
• 1 year experience in a busy environment
• Working in hospital or well rated hotel  will be an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills
