Job Description

To generate, manage, and deliver the timely, accurate and consistent input of purchase requisition/ order entry for TONOMUS, becoming ambassadors for the TONOMUS procurement organization. Acting as a key user, this role will be responsible for delivering service excellence, achieving the highest quality and performance standards in accordance with procurement policies and procedures.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop a service first approach to support stakeholders understanding of the requirements and steps needed to create high quality, accurate and consistent data entry into TONOMUS’s back office systems.
  • Facilitate the purchase requisition and order management process input data collection.
  • Proactively collaborate and coordinate with internal TONOMUS stakeholders /clients to achieve TONOMUS business goals.
  • Reduce cycle time of the end-to-end process.
  • Perform ‘quality control’ function and drive continuous improvement in quality, efficiency and cost effectiveness through a comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end process.
  • Assist in the development of refreshed standards, controls and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the budget and order management process.
  • Monitor, track and report order entry status, potential issues and risks. Mitigate issues and risks where possible.
  • Acting as a business partner, become the key user point of contract for Procurement Operations for the allocated TONOMUS BU.
  • Maintain a culture of service, guidance and high performance within TONOMUS.
  • Take individual responsibility, in collaboration with Senior Procurement Operations Manager, for building and delivering a service excellence.
  • Participate in setting performance targets and identify ideas/ opportunity for improvements.
  • Communicate extensively to share process and governance knowledge with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Report monthly performance; evaluate, recommend and develop improvements to contribute to TONOMUS’s procurement objectives.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of procurement operational experience in an enterprise ERP environment, working across a matrix organization, and familiar with multiple legal entities, currencies and chart of accounts complexities.
  • Strong business processes and practice knowledge. Functional and technical knowledge of the budget, supplier registration, sourcing, commerce and catalogue automation, order management and pay processes.
  • Experience with SAP Ariba tools / s/4HANA systems highly preferred.
  • Very good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, supported by strong communication skills to act as an advocate for TONOMUS Procurement.
