Job Description

The Head of HR Excellence is responsible for leading and managing the organization's Human
Resources (HR) functions related to excellence, organizational development (OD), and
compensation and benefits (C&B). This role plays a critical role in enhancing employee
experience, driving organizational effectiveness, and ensuring competitive compensation and
benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.

1. HR Process Optimization:

  •  Lead efforts to streamline HR processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Continuously monitor and refine HR processes to ensure compliance and alignment with best practices.

2. Organizational Development (OD):

  • Develop and implement strategies for organizational development, change management, and employee engagement.
  • Identify and address areas where organizational effectiveness and efficiency can be improved.

3. Compensation and Benefits (C&B):

  •  Oversee the design and management of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure the organization's C&B packages remain competitive.
  • Provide guidance on salary structures, incentives, and benefits to attract and retain top talent.

4. Data Analysis and Reporting:

  •  Utilize HR analytics and data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain HR analytics and reporting capabilities to support data-driven decision-making within the HR function and across the organization
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track HR and OD metrics and progress.

5. Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other department heads and executives to align HR and OD strategies with overall business goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees in HR and OD-related matters.

6. Compliance:

  • Ensure that HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Stay informed about changes in employment legislation and industry trends.

7. Policy Development and Governance:

  • Develop, update, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and best practice standards.
  • Establish a governance framework to monitor policy adherence and implement corrective actions as needed.

8. HR Technology Integration:

  • Collaborate with IT teams to select, implement, and optimize HR technology solutions, such as HRIS and talent management systems.
  • Ensure the integration of HR technology with other organizational systems to streamline processes.

9. Vendor Management:

  • Oversee relationships with HR service providers and vendors, ensuring they meet service level agreements and cost-effectiveness.

10. Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the HR excellence budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to support strategic objectives.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is often preferred.
  • Proven experience in talent management, HR leadership, or related roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition, development, and management strategies.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Preference for Saudi national candidates.
