Responsibilities:

• Keep production charts/ftrack updated
• Track the progress of the various production stages of outsourced and in-studio artists
• Maintain file nomenclatures consistent
• File/Asset management: Ensure that we have everything the artists need/all resources and ensure the artists files are as they should be
• Send and receive files from the client and process his feedback 
• Process in/out from overseas and remote working
• Process feedback to and from overseas and remote working
• Help artists with technical issues regarding Harmony or Photoshop
• Communicate with supervisors 
• Assist the Project Manager
• Flagg crew issues and schedule problems to the Project Manager 

• Knowledge of Toon Boom (essential); 
• Excellent organizational and management skills;
• Ability to work efficiently with various personalities and different work styles;
• Excellent administrative and word processing skills: thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;
• Ability to work independently and in a team;
• Knowledge of an asset manager such as F-TRACK or SHOTGUN (strong asset);
• Scene Prep and Comp on Toon Boom (asset);
• Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks at a time while remaining efficient and mindful of strict deadlines in a fast paced and high-pressure environment.
