Job Description

As our Shared Service Centre continues to expand, we're looking for an experienced Project Manager – Shared Services, Systems, Digital Tools & Governance to help shape how processes, systems, and digital solutions are implemented across Europe.
This is a highly visible role where you'll lead business-critical projects, onboard new markets, implement digital tools and business applications, and ensure that systems, processes, and governance frameworks work seamlessly together. You'll collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, external vendors, and Shared Service stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that support TOMRA's growth.
What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of the Shared Services transformation journey, you'll manage projects from concept through implementation, ensuring successful adoption, governance, and long-term value creation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead Market Onboarding & Shared Service Centre Enablement
You'll help bring new markets into TOMRA's operating model by coordinating onboarding activities, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring teams are equipped with the right systems, processes, training, and governance structures for success.
Deliver Business-Critical System Implementations
From software solutions and integrations to digital tools and hosted services, you'll lead end-to-end project delivery, managing scope, milestones, risks, testing, deployment, and operational handover.
Manage Vendors & Technology Partners
You'll coordinate the onboarding of external providers, support software and service procurement activities, and ensure vendors deliver against agreed timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Drive Cross-Functional Alignment
Working closely with business teams, IT, Security, Procurement, and external partners, you'll translate business needs into practical system and process solutions while ensuring alignment with architecture, master data, and integration standards.
Strengthen Governance & Risk Management
You'll help ensure projects meet TOMRA's governance and security requirements, supporting risk assessments and compliance with relevant frameworks and standards such as NIS2 and ISO27001.
Improve Tools, Processes & Service Delivery
You'll play an active role in enhancing service management capabilities, including Jira Service Management workflows, reporting, automation, KPI development, and continuous improvement initiatives across Shared Services.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, building strong stakeholder relationships, and driving meaningful change across an international organization.
You will likely bring:
- Proven experience leading system implementation, digital transformation, or business change projects in complex organisations.
- A successful track record of delivering software, digital tools, integrations, or IT service solutions from planning through go-live.
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira Service Management, including workflow design, SLAs, automations, and service processes.
- Experience managing vendors, software procurement, and third-party onboarding activities.
- Knowledge of Shared Service Centres, operating model transitions, and market onboarding initiatives.
- A solid understanding of enterprise systems, process optimisation, integrations, governance, and master data principles.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project leadership skills, combined with a structured, analytical mindset and fluency in English.
