Job Description
As Manager Sales & Operations Planning, you own the end-to-end S&OP process and ensure strong alignment between demand, supply, capacity, and financial targets. You act as the central integrator between Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Management, turning data into clear insights and decision-ready scenarios. Your work brings transparency, structure, and reliability into planning while continuously improving processes and tools.
- Lead and manage the full S&OP cycle from Demand Review to Executive S&OP
- Develop and maintain an integrated S&OP plan covering demand, supply, capacity, and financial targets
- Analyze risks, develop scenarios, and provide clear recommendations for management decisions
- Define, track, and continuously improve S&OP KPIs and performance reports
- Prepare and present S&OP outcomes to senior leadership
- Drive standardization, digitalization, and continuous improvement of planning processes
- Ensure data accuracy, transparency, and consistency across systems and tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in S&OP, demand planning, supply planning, or a comparable role
- Strong analytical skills and confidence in working with complex data and KPIs
- Experience collaborating across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Management
- Very good English skills, written and spoken
- Strong IT skills, especially MS Office; ERP experience required (IFS Cloud is a plus)
- Structured, hands-on mindset with high ownership and process discipline
