We are looking for our new IFS Technical Expert (m/f/d) - An enthusiastic, open, and communicative professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and approaches tasks with loyalty and responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Market Fit/Gap analyses to evaluate IFS solutions.
• Define and document technical requirements and create/manage database objects.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive test catalog for quality assurance.
• Collaborate closely with IT teams to ensure technical implementation and system integration.
• Drive the implementation of IFS systems and ensure successful technical transformation.
• Cooperation with the business teams to work on implementing and improving the IFS system.

Additional tasks:

• Optimization of warehousing processes.
• Contract negotiations and design of logistics agreements.
• Identification and execution of logistics optimization initiatives to improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of IFS ERP and related technologies.
• Analytical skills for process optimization and technical execution.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams.
• At least basic knowledge of the IFS Maintenance solution.
• Proficient in English and Polish.
