Job Description
TOMRA is strengthening our group strategy team to deliver on TOMRA’s ambitious growth plans.
As a key member of the Group Strategy team, you will be instrumental in crafting the journey that will accelerate our growth for a more sustainable future. You will work with TOMRA’s strategies with a particular focus on TOMRA Horizon and new business opportunities.

Your Responsibilities
- Lead and/or support group-wide strategy processes and strategic deep dive projects
- Work with new business opportunities for TOMRA; facilitating and drive the process to identify, prioritize, qualify and scale such opportunities
- Lead and/or support the development of business cases and decision-making documentation
- Support execution of M&A projects, including financial modelling (synergy estimation, target valuation etc.)
- Ad-hoc market research and analytics tasks
- Work in a passionate, value driven and engaged environment with focus on personal and professional development
Qualifications
- Minimum relevant bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of relevant experience (Consulting, strategy, corporate finance, inhouse strategy function, business development or similar)
- Innovation, passion and responsibility minded
- Experience in leading projects and stakeholder management is a plus
- Strategy/Commercial/business development project experience with some international scope is beneficial
- Experience with financial analysis and modelling is a plus
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills in English
