Communication Manager with focus on Employer Branding & Employee Communication

  • Full-time

Company Description

TOMRA was founded in 1972, based on the design, manufacturing and sale of reverse vending machines (RVMs) for automated collection of used beverage containers. Today TOMRA provides solutions that enable the circular economy with advanced collection and sorting systems, and food processing by employing sensor-based sorting and grading technology. At TOMRA, we value and encourage innovation, passion and responsibility in everything we do.

The TOMRA Group employs 5000 people globally and is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange (OSE: TOM). TOMRA was named Norway’s Most Innovative Business in 2023, number one in the list of the country’s top 25 companies.

TOMRA Collection is the leading global technology company working to expand the circular economy. We strive to reduce society's reliance on raw materials by enabling bottles, cans, and other packaging to be continually recycled in a closed loop. Every year, TOMRA Collection captures more than 48 billion drink containers across 60 global markets, ensuring they don't end up in our streets, oceans, or landfills. That might sound like a lot, but it’s actually less than 3% of what’s sold annually! Naturally, we’ve got our sights set on the remaining 97% and we need your help to get there.
