Job Description
The purpose of this position is to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data, facilitate timely and insightful reporting, and guide the transactional finance team toward operational excellence. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, and contribute to the overall financial health and success of the organization
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data through account reconciliations, compliance checks, and error-free reporting.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including timely posting and review of transactions.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
- Support decision-making by analyzing financial data and delivering actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve financial operations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in transactional finance.
- Manage budgets, monitor working capital, and support audits with accurate documentation and explanations.
Qualifications
Required Skills/Abilities
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and compliance.
- Skilled in financial analysis, trend recognition, and providing strategic insights.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and review work of accounting teams.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance; experience managing audits.
- Proficient in ERP systems, accounting software, and advanced Excel; Power BI/SQL a plus.
- Effective communicator with cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Problem-solving and process improvement expertise; focus on efficiency and internal controls.
- Ethical and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Experience
- 3+ years in financial reporting and analysis; 2+ years in public accounting preferred.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Open office and industrial site settings; ability to lift 5-10 lbs.
- Minimal travel; unrestricted driving capability in residency country.

For U.S applications, in accordance with applicable disclosure requirements, the anticipated base pay range is $75,432 - $90,000 USD annually.
