Job Description

Are you ready to take on the challenge of being an Executive Assistant in a dynamic, global environment?  We’re on the lookout for a talented Executive Assistant to handle the administrative duties of our CEO’s office and act as the primary point of contact at our Headquarters in Asker.  

In this exciting and important position at TOMRA you will be responsible for administrative duties for the CEO, and play a pivotal role in organizing and coordinating key activities, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the executive team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with top leadership, contributing to the company’s continued success and growth. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Main point of contact and gate keeper at TOMRA’s Headquarters in Asker for internal and external stakeholders, handling requests and invitations
  • Calendar management including booking and coordinating meetings 
  • Create agendas, facilitate meetings, and manage travel bookings, including flights, visas, hotels and restaurants 
  • Oversee all travel arrangements, ensuring compliance with TOMRA’s travel policy, and negotiate airline agreements for the best rates 
  • Manage internal communications and coordinate with our corporate travel agency and online booking systems 
  • Coordinate Board Meetings and communication with Board members 
  • Support the administration of the board portal 
  • Assist Head of Investor Relations to arrange roadshows and investor meetings

You can engage in project management, craft compelling presentations, travel to diverse locations, and participate in Executive Leadership Team (ELT) meetings. Qualifications

  • Relevant degree at bachelor or masters level 
  • Experience from a C-suite administrative role or a personal assistant role from international company 
  • Effectively communicate in both written and spoken English and Norwegian 
  • Ability to effortlessly adapt to new technology and handle digital tools with ease
  • Easily manage to build efficient cooperation with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Loyal and ability to handle confidential information
