Job Description

  • Optimization, commissioning, performance tests, maintain and repair of sensor-based sorters in TOMRA’s Recycling installed base
  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences through top class communication and support using various mediums
  • Optimizing of the sorting systems / process by sample accounting and testing
  • Identifying opportunities to add value to our customers businesses through the introduction of complementary TOMRA products, solutions and services
  • Act as a conduit between our customer base and HQ by providing in market feedback so that we continuously look for opportunities to further delight our customers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor/Master (engineering) or an apprenticement as a computer scientist / technician / electrician / or similar
  • Affinity for computer programs, healthy logical understanding to understand contexts
  • A certain talent for communication when dealing with people - in our case these are customers
  • Socially outgoing, ability to handle stressful tasks
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
  • Fluent norwegian or swedish or finnish skills
  • Willing to travel for at least 80 % of the time, based on a flexible schedule
  • Full clean driving license essential
  • Knowledge of recycling processes is a plus
  • You know how to change an IP address
