Full Service Attendant

TOMRA North America, a top International Reverse Vending and Recycling Company, is recruiting for a Full Service Attendant to to assist customers with our Reverse Vending Machines in the Bronx, NY Area.

JOB SUMMARY

The Full service attendant will be responsible for assisting the customer with our reverse vending machines. Other responsibilities include maintaining the machines as well as emptying the glass, plastic and aluminum.

Pay: $18.00 an hour, bonus potential up to $450 Quarter Incentive Bonus

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Hours run from 6am to 11pm

- Performs routine cleaning on reverse vending machines

- Communicate any potential service needs to Service Supervisor or Customer Support Center

- This position is out in the elements. You will need to be able to work in all conditions.

- Complies with all safety requirements and reports any potential safety hazards to Service Supervisor

- Ensures customers are greeted, assisted and thanked.

- This job requires routinely lift 50lbs at a time.

- Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

- HS Diploma or equivalent. Relevant work experience can be substituted

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must be able to communicate effectively with management, Customer Support Center, as well as various levels of Customers at remote sites.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Valid Driver’s License a plus

The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
