Field Service Technician (m/f/d)

Job Description

Your tasks

  • Repair and maintenance of RVM systems
  • Service, preventive and cleaning work of RVM systems
  • Assembly, installation, and disassembly of RVM systems
  • Optimization and setup of equipment at individual clients' branches
  • Regular daily trips to the customers according to assigned work
  • Responsibility and inventory management in the vehicle and proper use of the mobile application
  • Communication with technical support and direct superior in solving individual service work and assigned tasks
  • Take part in various projects where your competence will contribute to the Business Unit’s results

Qualifications

Your profile

  • You have completed a technical education in the fields of electromechanics, mechatronics, electronics, electrical assembly or a comparable education
  • Ideally, you have some work experience in the service sector
  • You like to work independently, but you are also a team player
  • You like the contact with different customers
  • You are reliable and responsible
  • You have a driver's license B and like to travel by car with focus on your home region
  • You like to work with MS Office and have a basic knowledge of English
