Job Description

  • Facilitate communication between production and design teams regarding technical aspects of electronics and software in company products.
  • Manage and resolve electronic-related tasks in the production of optical and sorting machines, and provide technical support.
  • Oversee final product testing and implement technical changes to improve products and replace outdated components.
  • Support quality management through tester design, supplier audits, and preventive measures.
  • Ensure produced parts/products comply with CE/UL requirements in collaboration with the development team.
  • Maintain and develop documentation required for production and accurate record-keeping.
  • Provide technical and methodological support to technicians for debugging and failure analysis at the PCB component level.
  • Actively participate in and initiate projects for continuous improvement.
  • Manage production tasks related to electronics and electrical engineering to customize machines for specific customer needs.
  • Conduct product-related training for internal staff, customers, and suppliers.
  • Assist in machine installation and testing at customer sites.
  • Provide technical support to field service personnel, travel to intervention sites when necessary, and diagnose and repair equipment.
  • Contribute to the improvement, testing, and development of new machines and parts.

Qualifications

  • English language, communication level
  • MS Office - advanced user
  • §22 of Regulation 508/2009 Z. z., at least 3 years of experience
  • Knowledge of: DSP, uP FPGA, CCD, LED, Laser, systems of industrial vision
  • Control Panels/Switchgear Assemblies
