Supplier Evaluation and Management:

• Evaluate supplier capabilities and processes in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Analyze potential suppliers' ability to meet standards and requirements.
• Assist in selecting initial samples for verification.
• Review specifications and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure effective communication with suppliers.

Supplier Onboarding and Improvement:

• Participate in supplier onboarding and allocation meetings.
• Assess supplier production processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with external parties to enhance production technologies.
• Define inspection methods and techniques.

Supplier Audits and Inspection:

• Participate in on-site supplier audits and contribute to audit reports.
• Conduct first article inspections and complete necessary reports.
• Define and ensure availability of jigs and measurement tools for regular inspection.

Training and Performance Monitoring:

• Provide training to suppliers and internal quality teams.
• Contribute to supplier improvement programs and track key performance indicators.
• Support corrective and preventive action processes, ensuring effectiveness and resolution of issues.

Compliance and Safety:

• Adhere to management instructions, internal policies, and regulatory requirements. Maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
• Attend required trainings and contribute to quality objectives.
• Take necessary precautions to prevent accidents and injuries.

• + 2 years of professional experience in the field of supplier quality management 
• Additional qualification in the field of quality management, e. B. as a quality officer (m / f / d), quality specialist (m / f / d) or quality auditor (m / f / d) 
• Knowledge of auditing processes according to ISO 9001 
• Experience and knowledge of 8D reports, and all Q-methods for finding the route cause.  
• Strong technical knowledge 
• Experience with the modern quality testing equipment and method  
• Willingness to travel internationally. 
• Very good written and spoken English 
• Good knowledge of the common MS Office systems
