Job Description

At TOMRA Food we are committed to our brand and as we continue to invest globally, we are looking for passionate and driven Senior Project Order Specialist to join our team. Your work will be purposeful, and you will play an important role in helping the business achieve some exciting goals.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of orders, particularly focusing on invoicing processes. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the complete order lifecycle, from entry to fulfillment, while maintaining strict adherence to financial structures and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage sales orders, liaising with Sales, Finance, and Service teams for any clarifications or queries.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure leasing contracts are effectively managed and invoiced.
  • Review installment due for invoicing reports, identifying chargeable installs and coordinating internally for additional information.
  • Close out projects upon commissioning, ensuring all financial documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Continuously assess and streamline project order management processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Proactively identify and resolve order-related issues and discrepancies to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular audits of performance against customer expectations and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

  • About you:

  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and attention to detail.
  • Accurate data entry skills and a high level of technical accuracy.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to work cross-functionally to achieve organizational goals.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a proactive and action-oriented approach.
  • Experience with Tier 1 or 2 ERP systems and familiarity with Lead to Order and Order to Cash cycles.
  • Previous experience in order management/administration or project coordination, preferably in a related industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or accounting

 

Pay Band:

For U.S. applicants, the anticipated annual base pay range for this position is $60,000 to $66,000, commensurate with experience.
