This role is within the TOMRA Food division.
Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and passionate Project Manager to join our Service team. This position will manage the delivery of Tomra Fresh solutions to our customers, ensuring they are on time, to budget and to spec. The role is responsible for managing projects from pre-sale, through to handover to the after sales team.
In this role you will:
- Aid in project scope definition with sales, the customer and sales engineering, ensuring specification is complete
- Perform detailed risk analysis for large or complicated projects and present pre-sale
- Build project plans including resource requirements and review resource allocation with PMO
- Monitor project progress and milestones and communicate to internal and external stakeholders
- Perform root cause analysis on issues that impact the project budget, provide action plans and lessons learnt
Qualifications
About you
- Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in delivering high value engineering solutions
- Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and bring to successful completion
- Proficient in Microsoft office, particularly with Microsoft Project

For U.S. applicants, in accordance with applicable disclosure requirements, the anticipated base pay range for the position is $90,000 - 105,000.
