The working hours can be flexibly adjusted to fit your study schedule, but we expect a minimum of 8 hours per week. We offer good pay, paid vacation and sick days, as well as a relaxed atmosphere in a friendly team where you can learn a lot.

Job Description

Your task?

TOMRA employs various state-of-the-art artificial intelligence techniques for sensor-based material sorting. To use these methods for recycling, large amounts of camera images need to be annotated with information. Your task is to recognize and classify the objects depicted in these images. Additionally, there are planned counts of recyclable materials in our technical facility.

In summary:

  • Classification of objects in camera images.
  • Sorting and counting of recyclable materials (at the technical facility in Mülheim-Kärlich).

Qualifications:

  • You are studying any subject and have at least 6 months until your graduation.
  • You have a good technical understanding.
  • You have good English skills.
  • You have an independent and structured way of working.
  • You have self-discipline.
  • You are not averse to both monotonous screen work and contact with real recyclable materials.
