• Implementation of and work with Lean tools and methods,
• Management and coordination of Lean and Six Sigma projects within TPF,
• Training and motivation of employees about Lean processes,
• Innovation of production processes with focus on effectiveness,
• Creating the Continuous Improvement environment and evaluation of CI’s
• Administration of production layout according to the requirements of involved dept.’s with focus on effective material flow
• Active participation on Gemba walks, 5S audits,
• TPM overview
• Obligation to work in accordance with instructions of the direct manager and the management,
• Work in accordance with internal policies, procedures, and instructions,
• Obligation to comply with legislative and internal OHS rules, fire protection and the environment,
• Attends trainings and business trips required by the employer,
