As the Innovation and Growth Manager, you play a pivotal role in innovation and growth initiatives within an organization. You contribute to formulate strategies, drive new opportunities, generate revenue, and geographic expansion of the digital products portfolio. Your experience in business model innovation should help you create business cases that exceed market expectations. You are comfortable working in a dynamic and flexible environment. You are versatile and adaptable, you are capable of taking on various tasks and responsibilities.

The strategic part of your job includes: 

• formulating geographic growth plans based on market insights and business goals. 
• managing innovation projects from concept to implementation, ensuring effective resource allocation, tracking progress, and managing risks.
• collaborating with internal teams, external partners, startups, and industry experts to foster innovation and accelerate growth.  

The hands-on part of your job include: 

• revenue generation of the TOMRA Recycling digital solutions through expanding to areas outside of Europe 
• onboarding and training of new customers as well as developing solutions to increase adoption and retain customers. 
• developing new business models, considering factors such as revenue streams, value proposition and local market strategies.   

Act and apply if you have: 

• a Master’s degree in environmental science, engineering, entrepreneurship or equivalent combined with a business background or MBA – alternatively minimum of 4 years working experience in a similar role. 
• proven experience in business model innovation within a similar industry. Experience in the recycling industry is a valuable advantage.  
• proficiency in English. Proficiency in German is an additional asset.  
• excellent project management skills, with a good track record of successfully leading cross functional and global initiatives. 
• outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and you possess good stakeholder management skills. 
• natural networking abilities to establish efficient working contacts within and outside the organization. 
• willingness to seize international opportunities, with travel comprising less than 33% of your time.
