Job Description

You’ll be part of our Global Talent Acquisition Team in Mühlheim-Kärlich. The team is in charge of the overall recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates, planning and conducting (on-site) interviews and finally prepare job offers across all our global marketplaces.   • Support and partner with the recruiters in our team and the colleagues from various departments to ensure a smooth and engaging recruitment process
  • Together with the entire team, continuously identify, develop and crystallize improvement opportunities and occasionally work on additional projects like Employer Branding, Recruitment Reporting etc.
  • Overtake administrative and organizational tasks & projects and help to develop the Talent Acquisition function
  • Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally
  •  Further support of P&O functions upon request (e.g. contracting)

Qualifications

  • You’ll be in touch with many different people in this position, therefore it’s very important that you have excellent German & English skills
  • A little background information goes a long way, so a study in Human Resources, Business Psychology or a related field would put you one step ahead
  • You are living near Mülheim-Kärlich so you can come to the office
  • 1st experience in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition is on our wishlist, but not mandatory, so don´t be shy to apply anyway
  • Since you’ll be responsible for your own set of tasks, we’re looking for someone who enjoys working sometime autonomous, but also in a team context
  • Your IT skillset is more than the daily use of the apps on your mobile device. You have experience with MS Office and (HR) IT Systems
