TOMRA Recycling division is one out of three divisions and is undisputed market leader in the sorting for recycling and mining with 8500 sorters installed in the market. Directly reporting to the SVP, Head of HR you will be part in supporting our journey that will accelerate our growth for a more sustainable future.

Job Description

  • Responsibility for the conception, implementation and further development of HR data analytics in a fast growing company,
  • Development and improvement of HR systems and tools, such as HRMS, LMS and ATS,
  • Determine and track HR key performance indicators according to HR strategy,
  • Management of HR projects in the areas of HR analytics, HR digitization and compensation & benefits,
  • Creation of presentations and recommendations for action for senior management,
  • Cooperation with the departments and stakeholders of TOMRA Recycling on group-wide projects,
  • Support of the management in all questions of HR data analysis as well as in cross-functional projects,
  • Development, review and adjustment of HR policies and procedures,
  • Establish and execute internal HR communication. 

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in a technical study or business administration with a focus on controlling & finance and/or human resources management,
  • Min. 5 years professional experience in the field of analytics and data management,
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach,
  • Absolute affinity with numbers and systems, very good knowledge of HRMS systems and MS Excel experience in the selection and use of various project management methods and tools,
  • Experience in working with international teams,
  • Strong problem solver mentality,
  • High level of independence, pro activity and goal orientation,
  • presentation skills,
  • fluency in English
