Compac Equipment (Kunshan) Co., Ltd was established in 2014, is currently the global manufacturing center and Asian sales and service center of Tomra fruit sorting equipment, as well as the Tomra food and recycling resources sorting equipment manufacturing center in Asia, providing engineering development, production, testing, sales and maintenance to global and local customers.

1.Conduct statistical analysis to identify root causes of quality issues during incoming process, carry out and verify corrective and preventive actions effectiveness .

2.Onsite inspection at supplier site when necessary. Conduct supplier training on product quality assurance and control.

3.Drive supplier development, initiation, and implementation of QA processes, procedures, and standards.

4.Support NPI and localization project to qualify supplier/product .

5.Supplier annual audit .

6.Lead supplier ECN approval .

1.Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering or related fields, or equivalent experience.
大学学历， 机械工程及相关专业或相应的经验 。
2.5+ years of working experience in machinery, equipment manufacturing, or related industries. 
5 年以上机械、 设备制造或相关行业工作经验 。
3.Familiar with sheet metal, castings, machined parts and powder coating parts, with previous relevant inspection experience. 
熟悉钣金件， 铸件,机加工件和静电喷涂的加工工艺并具备相应的检验经验。
4.Familiar with mechanical drawings - experience working with international (English) blueprint preferred. Have knowledge of GD&T, welding symbols and related industry standards. 
能够理解机械图纸， 熟悉英文图纸更佳。熟悉 GD&T， 焊接符号和相关工 业标准。
5.Working experience of using general measurement tools, e.g., digital caliper, micrometer, angle gauge, Go-No-Go gauge, film thickness gauge, etc. 
能够使用常规量具， 例如， 数显卡尺， 千分尺， 角度规， 通止规， 膜厚 仪等。
 6.Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 requirement .
熟悉 ISO 9001:2015 质量管理体系要求 。
7.Have capability to implement APQP&CP, PPAP .
熟练掌握 APQP&CP， PPAP 等质量工具。
8.Ability to speak, read and write in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) .
