Job Description

This role is a key member of the Global Technical Services Team. Engaging the Regional Service Teams and customers leading to prompt resolution of issues at hand. understand the asset lifecycles of the TOMRA equipment. The role also provides guidance and support for the wider team members.   

High level understanding of the product suite and offerings ensures we have a Regional competitive edge in our service offering.  

Assisting the delivery of excellent service in conjunction with the Regional Service and Service Controller are key to the sustain and grow business. 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Field Service 
  • Advanced education and/or Training in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical and/or Controls engineering.
  • Providing customer support on the high tech and complex Inspection products 
  • Wider responsibility in to the EMEA Regional Operations Centre in support similar projects or peers.
  • Experience working with clients providing global support.
  • Excellent level of English and other languages are an advantage.
  • Able to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Able to understand Electrical Schematics.
