Job Description

The purpose of this position is to drive a strong culture of customer excellence across the Emea region, leading our equipment installation and field service delivery teams across the Tomra Fresh Group in Emea region. This role will provide ownership and accountability for the success of our customer engagements across the region, ensuring our teams adhere to relevant processes, and providing professionalism, oversight, and governance to sustainably grow our busines.

Qualifications

Regional Leadership

  • Build a high performing team to ensure delivery goals are met for our projects and machine installations, and maintenance services.
  •  Prioritize and adapt work to align with organisational goals.
  •  Work in partnership with the wider Tomra Fresh team to drive strategic direction and provide effective leadership throughout the region.
  •  Create and drive an organisational culture where employees are engaged and motivated through demonstrated leadership effectiveness, with a customer first mindset.
  • Provide feedback, mentoring and coaching to managers and leaders throughout the region to foster a culture of excellence, continuous improvement and innovation
  •  Drive Tomra Fresh to become the undisputed industry experts in solution design and delivery for fruit handling systems · Responsibility for P&L management, cost control, budgeting and forecasting of regional delivery teams.

  •  Ensure the team works within agreed operating models, and ensure all decisions are made within agreed authority limits.

  •  Identify, implement and embed any Excellence initiatives to improve quality, performance and efficiency of the team to facilitate outstanding customer experience.

Customer Experience

  •  Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, to ensure alignment with and delivery of customer centric solutions against the overall business strategy.
  •  Liaising with multiple internal departments to ensure processes are executed in the best interest of the customer.
  •  Oversee regional management of 3rd Party Supplier interaction around sales, delivery and future service support.

Additional Information

  • 15+ years proven success in building and driving high performing teams in mature organisations.
  •  Experience in defining strategic plans for business functions in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
  •  Experience leading geographically distributed teams, and both direct and indirect resources to deliver high value, complex electrical and mechanical solutions
  •  10+ years of plant, process, materials handling or systems integration engineering experience (desirable)
  •  Experience in project management and field service delivery.
  • Willingness and ability to travel throughout the Emea region.
