Job Description

The role:
We are on the lookout for a self-driven and highly motivated individual to work in our stores warehouse located at our offices at Castlehill in Sydney. The position is required on a full-time basis, 5 days per week (8AM to 3:30PM)
The role will be responsible for facilitating the throughput of products and components from inbound to outbound transportation in a safe, secure, and efficient manner.


Some of the key duties will include:
• Managing incoming and outgoing stock
• Organisation of inventory and warehouse to minimise damage through storage and delivery
• Process orders in conjunction with the client care team
• Facilitate regular stocktakes
• Organise couriers and freight forwarders
• Picking and packing
• Customer liaison via phone, email and face to face
• Track incoming and outgoing parts via our ERP system

 

Qualifications

 

  • +2 years warehouse experience in a similar role 
  • Hardworking person who is hands-on  
  • Advanced organisational skills with an eye for detail
  • Recognise and ensures that high quality service is delivered to the customers at all times
  • Teamplayer
  • Initiative by thinking outside the box 
  • Good skills in MS office and an ERP System 
  • Valid forklift license
