TOMRA Recycling division is one out of three divisions und is undisputed market leader in the sorting for recycling and mining with 8500 sorters installed in the market. As part of the Recycling Leadership team, you will be instrumental in crafting the journey that will accelerate our growth for a more sustainable future. You will work with the strategies of our business areas including M&A opportunities, you will have a special focus on digitally enabled business opportunities, and you will also lead the sustainability team of the division.

Job Description

  • Development of a holistic digital strategy in cooperation with all functions.

  • Lead division-wide strategic deep dive projects. Esp the efforts to explore and exploit digital opportunities.

  • Facilitate the strategy process for the division with TOMRA Group.

  • Lead the sustainability efforts of the division.

  • Support identifying and executing M&A opportunities. 

  • Identify new business opportunities globally and quantify deficiencies in existing and adjacent markets.

  • Pinpoint improvement areas impacting multiple divisions simultaneously.  

  • Develop business cases, support the businesses areas globally in implementation and execution of strategic initiatives, and present solid decision documents. 

  • Work in an engaged environment with focus on personal and professional development 

Qualifications

  • Relevant master’s degree (economics, strategy, engineering, science or equivalent).
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience (consulting, strategy).

  • Experience in development of digital strategies.

  • Experience in leading projects and stakeholder management.  

  • Strategy/commercial/business development projects experience with some international scope.  

  • Innovation, passion and responsibility minded. 

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills in English. 

  • Relationship Builder able to convince and motivate people.
