Job Description

This is a great opportunity for a young professional to introduce new and creative processes to an existing public affairs marketing and communications team.

In addition to coordinating and analyzing individual projects, this role would suit someone that enjoys ad-hoc and diverse tasks in the field of exhibitions and events, presentations, and digital support (inter- and intranet, website etc.).

  • Implementing processes in the MarCom team for projects and marketing campaigns in close collaboration with the Marketing Manager
  • Support and steer coordination of projects incl. regular status update meetings (project management)
  • Close collaboration with the Marketing and Communications team to ensure all parties are informed of progress and problems
  • Provide timely communication between relevant parties and departments
  • Ad-hoc tasks (support in event organization, inter-and intranet uploads, Power Point Presentation creation support etc.)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar
  • 2 years’ experience in a fast-moving company environment is a plus
  • Precise and quick working style
  • Handling of various projects at the same time
  • Strong time management and creative problem-solving skills
  • Experience in process prioritization
  • The ability to multi-task, organize and collaborate
  • Team-oriented, solutions-oriented, efficient, flexible, and pro-active
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Excellent English and German language skills
  • Solid cross-cultural skills with a global mindset
  • Knowledge of content management systems, digital tools, etc.
