OUR ROLE

TOMRA’s sensor-based solutions play a key role in optimizing resource productivity, particularly in the fields of waste management and recycling, where sensor-based technology can be used to increase precision and streamline processes.

To achieve the ambitious aim of a circular economy, it is necessary to employ state-of-the-art approaches that push boundaries, and TOMRA’s reverse vending and waste sorting solutions help to achieve this by recovering materials and providing valuable insight into the composition of these materials.

The result is a greater understanding of where efficiencies can be made to minimize costs and waste, and better utilize resources within a closed loop – further mitigating the impact of CO2 and other emissions and inefficiencies.

Your Mission

Build a strong & distinctive Employer Branding

  • Develop and implement a global employer branding strategy for TOMRA Recycling, taking into consideration our current brand, culture and values.
  • Follow up on employer branding strategy with a comprehensive concept and action plan to ensure we have a well-placed employer brand in the market.
  • For the implementation, work together with TOMRA Group, Marketing and your your team.

Lead and further develop a well-established Talent Acquisition Team

  • Lead, develop and grow a diverse and skilled team of currently 6 Talent Acquisition Managers and Coordinators throughout Europe and ensure efficient recruiting operations.
  • Ensure a strong candidate experience and own the company wide talent acquisition process.
  • Further improve and develop all strategic initiatives necessary to constantly fill the talent pipeline and to ensure a time to hire not longer than 6 months.
  • Ensure standards in terms of time, quality and quantity and maintain a well measured KPI-approach to recruiting.
  • Further improve all digitalisation processes.
  • When applicable, define and implement suitable diagnostical methods to ensure quality of hiring decisions throughout all hierarchies.
  • Liaise with hiring managers and business partners to understand the business needs.

 

Qualifications

You come with:

 

  • Extensive experience in employer branding and talent acquisition, thereof at least 10 years in a leading (strategic) role.
  • Experience in the set-up of an employer brand and its operational implementation.
  • Broad understanding of mechanisms and methods in attraction and recruiting as well as the ATS Systems.
  • You're an “Outside the box" thinker with creativity i.e., thinking beyond standard tools/methods.
  • You're a go-getter, curious mind and you like to find solutions to existing problems.
  • You come with a data driven mindset and you know how to read and analyse data.
  • Ability to lead and develop teams virtually.
  • Fluent in English, German is highly welcome.
