Job Description

At TOMRA Food we are committed to our brand and as we continue to invest globally, we are looking for passionate and driven Accounts Payable superstar to join our team based in Onehunga.

Your work will be purposeful, and you will play an important part in helping the business achieve some exciting goals. Here's a sneak peek into some of what you will be doing: 

  • Processing of all supplier invoices
  • Following up on invoice price/quantity variances
  • Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Process weekly electronic payments to domestic and overseas suppliers
  • Set up and maintain Automatic Payment authorities
  • Maintain supplier payment information in the daily cash forecast
  • Daily bank statement posting
  • Assist with general ledger reconciliations
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications

About you

  • Experience in a high-volume accounts payable role
  • Exposure to complex accounting packages / ERP systems
  • Experience with foreign currency payments
  • High degree of computer literacy and accuracy
  • Initiative and be a quick learner
  • Proven experience of working to deadlines and under pressure
  • Flexibility and a willingness to work as part of a team
  • A team player who gets things done
