Job Description
Our Parts Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring our customer request for service parts are processed on a daily basis. This position will collaborate closely with our Sales and Service teams to ensure our customers are supported during their daily production. This individual will ensure a positive customer experience through proactive communications within our supply chain department.
Essential Responsibilities
Respond to request via phone, email or Teams promptly
Open, monitor and manage customer parts request
Proactively contact customers to communicate updates regarding their order or quote status
Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to ensure speedy resolutions on shipping and procurement of parts
Assist customers with parts identification and escalate requests as needed
Support as needed with receipt of goods and additional warehouse functions including but not limited to picking, packing and shipping parts
Qualifications
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and handle frequent interruptions
Proficient in basic computer applications including Microsoft Office Suites
Ability to work in a fast-paced customer centric environment
Highly organized and detailed oriented
Ability to work independently with minimal direction from others
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
