Job Description

Our Parts Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring our customer request for service parts are processed on a daily basis. This position will collaborate closely with our Sales and Service teams to ensure our customers are supported during their daily production. This individual will ensure a positive customer experience through proactive communications within our supply chain department.  

Essential Responsibilities  

  • Respond to request via phone, email or Teams promptly 

  • Open, monitor and manage customer parts request 

  • Proactively contact customers to communicate updates regarding their order or quote status 

  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to ensure speedy resolutions on shipping and procurement of parts  

  • Assist customers with parts identification and escalate requests as needed  

  • Support as needed with receipt of goods and additional warehouse functions including but not limited to picking, packing and shipping parts  

Qualifications

Qualifications  

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  

  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and handle frequent interruptions  

  • Proficient in basic computer applications including Microsoft Office Suites 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced customer centric environment  

  •  Highly organized and detailed oriented  

  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction from others  

  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
