This person will be operating in the Business Area TOMRA Fresh within TOMRA Food.

Job Description

As our ANZ Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering world-class technical training and field development to our network of field service representatives and the wider TOMRA Fresh Foods business. Our Technical Trainers are trusted experts, proactive, adaptable and are responsible for driving a collaborative and inclusive learning culture with a strong focus on end-to-end customer experience.

In this role you will:

  • Facilitate and deliver our field development curriculum to Tomra Fresh Foods employees
  • Ensure Tomra Fresh Foods employees across the ANZ region are effectively trained to our Induction curriculum during the onboarding process.
  • Deliver field coaching on the servicing, installation, commissioning, and optimization of Tomra Fresh Foods technology
  • Actively develop and deliver structured training for new and existing products
  • Develop and deliver webinar training sessions
  • Assist in developing training and LMS content for publishing and delivery

Qualifications

  • Relevant Tertiary qualification such as Bachelor of Management / Engineering or Trade Certification
  • Previous experience in a similar field
  • Strong and engaging verbal/written communication skills.
  • Confident presentation skills to a wide range of audiences.
  • Previous experience in an adult learning environment, delivering presentations and coaching
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of electronics/electrical/mechanical systems
  • Ability to deliver complex technical concepts in an easy to comprehend manner
