目前在深圳招聘单证员职位,作为单证员, 您的工作职责将包含:

  • 负责海运相关单证的录入\制作,并核对确认HB/L和MB/L;
  • 负责提单补料给船公司或同行,开帐单,收付款;
  • 发文件给海外公司,安排放货事宜;
  • 各类单证及文件的整理、归档和记录;
  • 保持与客户和海外公司联络,反馈客户需求,并跟进客户的咨询或投诉。


为了胜任这个职位, 您的背景需要符合以下要求:

  • 具备一年以上外贸,货代或相关岗位工作经验优先考虑(可接受应届毕业生);
  • 大专以上学历, 能用英语邮件沟通  (粤语)
  • 抗压能力强、责任感强、能接受加班;
  • 认真细心、具备良好的沟通学习能力,有团队精神。
