A Leading Organisation in the Construction and Management of Estates needs an Estate Manager. 

Job Description

This position is primarily responsible for managing staff, budgets, maintenance, security, and vendors required to ensure that the estate runs smoothly and efficiently. The estate manager acts as the primary liaison with the property occupier, handling everything from daily upkeep to larger maintenance matters.

 

Reporting to the managing director, the estate manager is a key part of the organisation’s management team.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Property Management or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience in their area of Specialization.
  • Certification in Facility Management or Property Management will be an advantage.
  • Registration with NIESV or any other relevant Professional Organisations will be an Advantage.
  • A Masters Degree will be an additional advantage.
