Job Description
This position is primarily responsible for the management and oversight of the organisation’s projects. This includes creating schedules, allocating resources, overseeing budgets, ensuring the quality of project delivery, and reporting progress to management.
Reporting to the managing director, the project manager is a key part of the organisation’s management team.
Qualifications
- A degree from a reputable institution in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Project Management.
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience in their area of specialisation.
- Professional Development Certification, such as PMP
- Proficiency in Project Management Software will be an added advantage.
- Membership of Professional Organisations will also be an advantage.
