Job Description
This Scrum Master role sits within our in-house Microsoft 365 team, which helps colleagues across the business maximise the value of Microsoft 365 through the delivery and adoption of new features and capabilities.
Working closely with the Microsoft 365 Product Owner, you'll support the team's transition from a project-based delivery model to one focused on continuous delivery, improvement, and ongoing support. You'll enable high-performing Agile delivery by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, coaching agile ways of working, and driving continuous improvement.
We're looking for an experienced Scrum Master with a strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum practices who can add value beyond ceremony facilitation. You'll coach and develop the team, enhance delivery standards, help navigate change, and ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes that create meaningful benefits for colleagues across Together.
Qualifications
Please do apply if you have a good blend of the following skills and experience:
- Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Lean principles.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
- Ability to coach teams and individuals at varying levels of Agile maturity.
- Experience with digital delivery tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Miro).
- Experience of working in a project environment familiar with planning, risk, issue and dependency management processes.
- Experience working in scaled environments (e.g., SAFe, Scrum@Scale, LeSS).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Experience using metrics to drive predictability and flow improvements.
Additional Information
If you feel you have some of the skills mentioned above, but not all, please do still apply and we would be happy to have a further discussion with you in regards to your suitability for the role.
