Job Description

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Telesales Team Manager to build, lead, develop, and motivate a team of telesales professionals. This role is responsible for delivering sales targets, improving team performance, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience through effective telephone-based sales operations. You will combine strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to coaching, performance management, and sales strategy execution.

As a Telesales Team Manager, we are looking for someone to: 

  • Build, lead, coach, and motivate a team of telesales executives to achieve and exceed
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs and performance metrics
  • Drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies and campaigns
  • Ensure consistent achievement of conversion rates, call volumes, and revenue targets
  • Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Ensure adherence to scripts, processes, and compliance requirements
  • Monitor call quality and provide constructive feedback
  • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies

Qualifications

Essential

  • Proven experience in a telesales or contact centre sales environment
  • Previous experience managing or supervising a sales team
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and motivational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
