Job Description

If you’re currently studying for A-Levels or an equivalent, and think uni might not be for you, consider an apprenticeship with Together. We’re one of the finance industry’s best-kept secrets. But we’re not a bank; we’re a mortgage and loan provider. And while we’ve been in business for nearly 50 years, we’re a lot like a start-up: growing fast, and shaking up our industry.

When you’ve completed your apprenticeship, we’ll give you the option to stay permanently. We’ve got apprenticeships available across all sorts of disciplines. And if you’re not sure what you want to do, we’ll work with you to find the best fit.

Our leaders are passionate about our Academy colleagues which means you’ll be at the heart of major projects, creating important tangible outcomes designed to build your experience and confidence in the workplace, gaining recognised qualifications as you go. The majority of our qualifications will be Level, 2, 3 or 4.

Our application process is now open, and we are excited to start shortlisting candidates for the recruitment and selection process which will commence in the new year. The process includes the following steps:

  1. Submission of your application (CV) - if you are interested in a specific vacancy please reference your area of interest from the list above. 
  2. A telephone or Teams interview
  3. An onsite assessment centre in Cheadle, taking place in February and March 2025

 

Qualifications

  • Maths and English GCSE Grade 4 or above
  • The drive and motivation to want to succeed
  • Good interpersonal skills
