  • Role based five from our Cheadle Office in South Manchester. Only applicants who can travel to our office can be considered.

 

Key Responsibilities:

As a Conveyancing Executive, you will work as part of our Securities Team, to review and process requests related to loan security both from internal and external parties across our Commercial and Residential loans. The Securities Team is responsible for mitigating risk and group exposure prior to loan approval by validating the proposal, together with the sustainability and enforceability of the loan post decision.

As a Conveyancing Executive, we are looking for someone to:

  • Review, assess and process title documentation and make recommendations within company SLA
  • Develop an effective working relationship with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the customer’s needs are met throughout the journey
  • Effectively communicate with key stakeholders to ensure security remains effective in all cases
  • Make sure the company security related records are kept up to date

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Property titles and Land Registration procedures
  • Legal experience relating to property
  • Analytical/problem solving skills
  • Effective communications skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Desirable
  • Commercial property experience
