Job Description

As an Operational Support Executive, you will act as the facilitator between Together and the customer, introducer and solicitor from the point of application through to completion. You will ensure that the customer documentation is managed effectively to enable a smooth and speedy journey from application to funding.

As an Operational Support Executive, we are looking for someone to:

  • Handle all data entry for new direct cases before submission to ensure that all relevant information is included with a high level of accuracy
  • Prepare case files for Case Managers to enable timely and appropriate underwriting decisions
  • Manage the case pipeline to ensure agreed SLAs and completion deadlines are met by liaising with the customer and intermediaries where necessary
  • Review and check all documentation on cases pre funding in order to mitigate risk and minimise potential financial losses
  • Develop relationships with the panel of solicitors in order to enhance their knowledge of the internal process
  • Support Case Managers to operate with maximum efficiency by managing inbound and outbound phone calls from customers and brokers

Qualifications

Essential

  • Excellent communication skills, with a commitment to minimising customer effort and maximising business goals
  • Previous experience in an administration role
  • Understanding of what a good customer outcome looks like
  • High degree of accuracy and a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills that enable cases to be funded in the optimum timeframe
