As a Social Media Manager, you will create and oversee the execution of the social media strategy for Together.  You’ll work collaboratively with the marketing team and the wider business to bring it to life through creative and engaging execution. You’ll love coming up with new ways to tell our story, and you’ll actively embrace finding new and creative ways of building the Together brand through social media content ensuring it’s optimised and measured to inform future strategies.

As a Social Media Manager, we are looking for someone to:

• To create Social Media campaigns and BAU for our wide range of audiences.
• Work closely with marketing specialists across owned and earned channels to develop best in class social execution plans.
• To deliver content scheduling across all Together channels working with Social Media Executive.
• Identify and recommend proactive and reactive opportunities for the brand to be part of trending topics and conversation.
• Work with 3rd party agencies to deliver high quality Influencer programme from brief to activation
• Provide detailed social reporting, campaign insights that demonstrate to the business social media effectiveness.

Essential:

• Strong knowledge and confident use of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter)
• Experience in Paid social media activation is a bonus – from set up to optimisation and reporting
• Proven experience in delivering results driven Influencer activity from brief to activation
• Strong collaborator – able to work with the wider marketing team along with influencers, internal stakeholders, external partners to create and manage content that is on message
• Experienced in reporting and creating a narrative of to detail the contribution of social media activity within the marketing mix

Desirable:

• Experience within Financial Services or other regulated environment
• Having worked in a complex, fast-paced organisation
