Lead Brewer

  • Full-time

Company Description

We brew our planet-saving beer with surplus bakery bread. All our profits go to charities fixing the food system. Our food system is the biggest contributor to climate change and biodiversity loss, but one third of all food is wasted. We're here to change that.

We’re based in London, though contract brew in Kent (with our Milton Keynes microbrewery coming soon!). Our beers are listed in national retailers (Waitrose, Ocado, Co-Op), restaurants such as Wahaca and Neat Burger, and many independent stockists. We’ve had global press coverage, won multiple awards (including the Queen’s Award for Enterprise for Sustainable Development in 2021) and spoken at events all over the world.

We’re a Certified B Corp (which means a responsibility to care for our employees is written into our Articles), and a top rated company in Escape the City’s Top 100 companies.
