Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute ideas and strategies; maintain and analyse recruitment metrics, develop recruiting materials and strategies that ensure a successful search.

2. Create and post job descriptions, handle various portals & develop position-specific screening questionnaires

3. Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification. Possess strong ability to screen (face to face and on telephone), interview.

4. Determines applicant requirements by evaluating job descriptions and understanding client’s needs.

5. Sources and attracts potential candidates through the use of job boards, referrals, networking, campus recruitments and the internal database.

6. Visit Campus for recruitment drive. Create proper channel for communication & maintain good relationship with TPO's for campus visits.

7. Qualifies candidates by conducting phone and face-to-face interviews, verifying references, analysing responses and comparing skills and experience to job requirements.

8. Determines salary requirements and negotiates pay rates with candidates.
