Job Description

Priority Specialist

As the Priority Specialist, you will be on the front lines defending Tithely and its customers from fraud. You will use your detective skills to hone in on details that identify when there is a fraudster attempting to defraud Tithely. You will also work to ensure legitimate customers’ Stripe accounts remain in good standing.

Primary Responsibilities of the Role

  • Review new accounts for legitimacy and work with our Sales team to identify fraudulent accounts
  • Request and Review sensitive materials for authenticity as needed
  • Communicate clearly and effectively via email and phone with customers that are needing assistance with maintaining their Stripe account
  • Review refund requests for legitimacy and execute when appropriate
  • Perform Account Owner changes when self-service options are unavailable
  • Work collaboratively with peers and Team Lead to ensure the proper judgements are being made

Technical Qualifications

Required:

  • Experience in a customer facing role

Preferred:

  • Experience in fraud prevention in the banking or payments processing space

Office Requirements:

  • We are a fully distributed team (100% remote) with travel required 1-2 times per year.
  • A stable work environment with designated workspace and access to high-speed internet.
  • US-based and legally able to work full time in the US. Sponsorships are not available at this time.
