Your playing field
- Work closely with teams across Data Warehousing, Data Science, Business Intelligence, and CRM to ensure seamless project delivery and precision execution.
- Oversee, scale, and maintain AWS services to keep systems running smoothly and efficiently.
- Review, refine, and productionize new developments, ensuring they’re ready to perform at the highest level.
- Create and maintain clear, up-to-date documentation — including SOPs and SLAs — so the entire team can stay aligned and play by the same game plan.
Additional Information
- Qualification. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Engineering or a related field, with experience in the gaming industry as a definite plus.
- Expertise. You bring 1+ years of experience and knowledge in AWS data services (S3, Athena, EC2, Redshift, EMR, Batch, Lambda) and ELT development using DBT and Airflow. Brings skills in Python and SQL, with some knowledge of data warehousing and Kimball Dimensional Modelling. Comfortable working with modern containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Language. You’ll need full fluency in English. German skills would be great too, since we’re the #1 Sports Betting company in Germany, but it’s not required.
